Role Overview:
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for permanent, full-time employment directly with our client in Prague, Czech Republic. This role is essential to our general warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient and accurate handling of goods to support our distribution processes. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining a productive, organized, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, packing, and sorting of goods with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or processes.
