Role Overview:
First European Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to support our client's operations across various properties in London. This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality and aesthetic appeal of facilities, requiring a proactive approach to general maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a diverse range of general maintenance and repair tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common building maintenance problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks to minimize disruption.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company operational policies.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role.
- Demonstrable proficiency in a variety of general repair skills, including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Competence in safely and effectively using a range of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Valid UK driving license, as travel between client sites in London may be required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in trades such as plumbing or electrical.
- Experience with specific building management systems or smart home technologies.
- Current First Aid certification.
